From harvest to export, every step is carefully controlled
Hazelnut Purchase
Suppliers provide us with small samples of their products. We analyze the hazelnuts in laboratory conditions to determine moisture and signs of rot. If the hazelnut meets our required quality standards, we offer a special price.
Initial Processing
During this process, the hazelnut product is loaded into drying bins for dehydration. Here the product moisture is reduced to 7.0 - 7.5%.
Sorting
Sorted hazelnuts are sent back to the sorting line to be cleaned of dust and shell residues. Hazelnuts are sorted by size, and the size can be selected for processing according to the customer's order.
Packaging
Processed hazelnuts according to international standards should not have visible rot. The moisture should be between 5.5 - 6.0%. After repeated laboratory inspection, the hazelnuts are packaged in various forms.
Logistics
After the packaging process, the hazelnuts are ready for sale and distribution to buyers.
